Default Gripping, moving, TV Programme

http://www.channel4.com/programmes/t...ught-on-camera

I recorded this and just watched to tonight. Superbly moving documentary by Channel 4. Almost all of the footage was taken by those who were actually there and the sheer horror as the huge wage came and hit them with people just washed away and out to sea as it receded only to come thundering in again even worse running for their lives. I have seen odd clips of the tsunami before but nothing like these. No warning, one minute enjoying themselves the next was chaos. In a way similar to the footage of 9/11

Interviews with survivors which bought tears to the eyes. If it is ever repeated, which I am sure it will be, it is really worth a watch.

My wife watched it with me and afterwards said it made her feel very sad but was glad she saw it she like me was amazed at the film footage taken by the survivors to see that huge wave approaching was quite something.

Yes it did actually show people getting washed away to their deaths and bodies carried from the sea, not pleasant, but this was necessary I believe to bring home the utter horror these people actually faced it was not glorified in any way. I just hope I never have to face anything like that in real life.

Surely it'll be on catch-up TV or something like that? I might have a look and see.

As for the title of this thread, I have to admit, when I saw "gripping, moving", my first thought was... "Unlike the traffic outside at the moment".
