I sorted mine, but its not in the box instructions and I wonder how many people will have to pay someone to sort theres out, I think the broadcasters have some sort of liability in this

I now have all the channels but the signal is like being with 'On Digital' 10 years ago.
The signal is supposed to be 10x stronger (it was until midnight apart from BBC) now the whole thing is pretty much unwatchable.

You should have a signal stength meter on your digibox, try the menu, it would be interesting to see the signal strength and quality.

On thing more to try a complete factory reset with the box and a new rescan after.

Mux Com6 is the one on low power at the moment 12,500 as compared to all the others on 100,000 watts this will conflict with another analogue TV station somewhere on C55 so they are keeping the power down until that transmitter goes digital and relocates to another frequency. Can you try the channels listed below on Com6 and see what the signal stength and quality is on them. Just see if the picture is stable? If they are OK it could be your aerial is to strong for the new boosted signal on the other muxes.

12 Yesterday, 15 Film4, 18 4Music, 21 VIVA, 22 Ideal World, 24 ITV4, 25 Dave ja vu, 35 Virgin 1+1, 41 TOPUP Anytime4, 43 Gems TV, 45 Lottery Xtra, 85 Russia Today, 711 The Hits radio, 713 Kiss radio, 714 Heat Radio, 715 Magic radio, 716 Q radio, 718 Smooth radio, 722 Kerrang! radio, on C55 (746.0MHz)

PSB-1 MUX will start up almost immediately,Thus you will lose only BBC2 until you get the new PSB-1 MUX working,if you have Free-view already - then you may lose the PSB-1 MUX if your box is not capable of picking up the new mode (QAM64 - 8K).
